- ★ ★ ★ ★ ☆I have lived in Spring Hill all my life and the railway hotel has never been so inviting.. With friendly people and a large area out the back that encourages patrons to relax and enjoy the quaint village family lifestyle and without the distractions that most other pubs and clubs have. Its a perfect place to bring the family for a good meal or a quiet drink. - ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆My partner and I went to the Railway Hotel tonight and I ordered a rump that was medium well, unfortunately this was not what I was served, I got a dry, charcoaled piece of steak that was difficult to cut and impossible to chew.
